Swallowing disorders can be localized from peripheral nerve injuries or muscular problems or as a result of a central nervous system diagnosis such as a stroke.

If your doctor recommends Speech Therapy for dysphagia, coughing, or choking with the food, we will do a swallow evaluation and make appropriate recommendations as well as treat you to help you improve the swallowing difficulties.
